Dylan takes initiative to complete his responsibilities in a timely and accurate manner. He is always ready to step in and help anyone in need. One of the residents recently said of Dylan, "it is so great he is receiving Hero of the Month: he is so deserving because of everything he does." Dylan clearly takes pride in a job well done, and therefore, associates and residents are proud to have him as part of the Spearly Team!
